Our 2019 masterclasses program is action packed! Presented by SMEG, you can either buy a masterclass ticket and get hands-on with these tasty adventures, or simply attend as a spectator (and watch everyone else have all the fun). Either way, you’ll need to have a general admission ticket to the festival first.

Alice and Chris’s East Coast business, Tasman Sea Salt, is at the very cutting edge of the “Tasmanian Food Revolution”.
