Macaron Master Class with Gustavo

Master Patissier, Gustavo, will lead a hands on Macaron Master Class this year and the evening promises to be a delicious experience.  There will be lots of ‘hands on’ elements to the evening as well as a gift box for participants.

Friday 16th November, 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm at the Bicheno War Memorial Hall.

Now in its 6th year the Classic Surfboard Exhibition is a day where local surfing folklore is traded among friends in a backdrop of classic hand crafted surf craft. These boards are like time capsules each with more than a few stories attached but they also show how surfboard design has progressed over the past decades, will be shown all day in the Tennis Court!
