Masterclasses are a key ingredient of the Bicheno Food & Wine Festival. Delivered by chefs, experts and foodie professionals from around Tasmania, there are only limited tickets available for each session if you want to get hands-on (and have a taste!).
If you miss out on tickets, you can still join the class as a spectator and watch with mild envy as the kids in the front row get all the treats.
